About Heather Stoleworthy-the Provider

Heather is a Board-Certified Family Nurse practitioner who completed her education and training at Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID. She graduated with honors with a master’s in public health and Masters in Nursing in 2002 and 2003 respectively. She also graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ISU in 1994.
